Donges Properties, LLC was established by Tim and Natalie Donges. It has been their goal to be the best rental property agency in the area. Tim and Natalie, along with their private contractors, do most of the hands-on work. They believe the personal attention is what makes their business stand above the rest. They attribute their success to their personal prompt service and their determination to provide a quality product.

The Donges take pride in the fact that they offer housing to a diverse group of people. People and students from all over the world have chosen to stay at their properties, along with other locals, workers, young adults starting out on their own, or families looking for that perfect place to call home. We offer safe, quiet, reliable, and affordable housing. The Donges are proud to offer out a warm El Dorado, Kansas welcome to all.

The Donges purchased Deer Grove RV Park in 2003. They saw a need to make much needed improvements on the property. The park has wireless internet, a laundry facility, walking area, and a dog park.” The RV Park has gained a reputation across the US as being a great place to stop for the night or for workers to come stay long term. The RV Park has brought many friends into the Donges lives.

In addition to the RV Park, the Donges own, Deer Grove Mobile Home Park, Fiesta Park, Thunderbird Estates, Shannon Plaza Apartments, and single-family homes in El Dorado.
