• ·         must be verified 2 years old or more
• ·         restriction of 25 lbs. or less
• ·         must have verified city tags / vaccinations
• ·         no more than 2 total pets (see next restrictions)
• ·         all properties have different restrictions such as pet number limits, barking, behavior, etc.

Cat(s) -  (all cats have to be declawed, spayed or neutered)                              $200 each (limits)

Small domestic rodents (hamsters, rats, mice etc.) -                                            $100 (limit 2)

Guinea pigs, ferrets and rabbits – (restrictions) -                                                 $200 each (limit 1)

Reptiles, crustaceans, and amphibians (smaller than 2 ft. in length) -                  $150 (limit 2)

Small birds (canary, finch, parakeet, etc.) -                                                          $150 (limit 2)

Large Birds (macaw, parrot, etc.)                                                                          $150 (limit 1)    

Small fish aquariums (not to exceed 20-gallon capacity) -                                   $100 (limit 1)

Only 2 total pets allowed. Pets have to be accepted and are subject to a background check and possible “current home” visit.
