Layout -  528 Sq ft. on both upper and lower level for a total of 1056 sq ft.  There is a spacious living room with carpeted floors as you enter through the bottom door. There is 1 bedroom downstairs and 1 in upstairs.  There is a laundry room downstairs with washer and dryer provided.  You can gain access to the upper floor by the quaint spiral staircase or if you are coming in from the outside, there is a set of stairs for outside access to the upper level.

This unique house was once an above the garage apartment and had the bottom floor converted to part of the house.  Therefore, the bathroom, kitchen, and dining room are located upstairs.  The kitchen is equipped with a stove and refrigerator.  The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo.  The upstairs bedroom has a cedar lined walk-in closet.  There is a pull down staircase to gain entrance to the attic in order use as storage.  There are window coverings on all the windows throughout the house.
