No outdoor livestock or indoor pets will be allowed. Absolutely no hunting is allowed on this property.
Rural water is paid by the owner and to be reimbursed monthly by the tenant. Therefore a $50 water deposit will be required.
Propane is paid by the tenant. The tank is currently 1/2 full. Tenant will be required to pay landlord the going rate for the gallons of propane as they are used. After the remaining propane is depleted, it will then be the tenants responsibility to fill the tank and pay for it through "Jim's Propane", Leon KS.
